To enroll another child or teen, please complete a separate application form. Each child/teen is placed in the class appropriate for their age and gender. For this reason, we request that a unique email address is used for each child/teen application. If your child/teen was registered for a previous online How-to-Live class or Summer Program, please use the same email address to apply.
